Peer Counsel^®

PeerCounsel is a close and select alliance of Directors, CEOs, and Senior Executives looking to identify new and innovative ways to improve business outcomes in the companies they lead. Each Peer Counsel is organized into groups of professional peers who faciliate a trusted and an open exchange on the issues, values, and key concerns of their companies. 

Through Peer Counsel groups, business and industry leaders come together to deliberate on and address significant and emerging operational issues that have, or will, influence the future health, viability, and sustainability of their corporations.

Individual Peer Counsels are organized into small groups who can leverage the knowledge and talent of peers who have the experience and focus to address complex issues impacting the operational and financial sustainability of the companies they oversee and lead.
